Booking Notes

Resort fee waived for FHR bookings — confirm at check-in. No buffet breakfast — $60 credit is à la carte only and does not stretch far. Spa massage starts at $220; $100 credit alone is insufficient without the resort fee spa credit stack. Wi-fi may require a call to reception to activate.

Advisor Notes

Resort fee waiver is a meaningful benefit — all-in cost can be very low. Credit is effectively F&B-only given no gift shop and insufficient spa value without stacking. Food quality inconsistent per one account. Historic property with good Downtown Long Beach location. Only one report — recently added to FHR portfolio.
