Swan Room is a standout — converted bank space, peaceful for breakfast when not crowded. Both restaurants praised. Good Lower East Side alternative to standard NYC luxury. Building is old and compact — set expectations on room size. Post-event Sunday arrivals may face capacity constraints on upgrades. Two Michelin Key designation.
