Three accounts — two received King Deluxe Suite (not a true suite), one received only a view change. Not recommended for Diamond clients expecting meaningful incremental FHR upgrade value. Peacock Alley afternoon tea specifically criticized across accounts. Brasserie breakfast is the property strength. Welcome amenity (sweets/chocolates) confirmed in one account.
