Daily Breakfast

Restricted

$60/day for two OR $30/person at Zen Kitchen or in-room dining. Not sufficient for two full entrees — most entrees $28–32, coffee starts at $8. A continental selection (pastries, fruit, oatmeal) is achievable within the credit alone. Hilton Gold/Diamond $50/day F&B credit stacks with FHR credit — essential for Diamond members to make breakfast effectively free for two. Tips not covered. Zen Kitchen is essentially the only viable on-site option; limited F&B choices compared to other Vegas FHR properties is the primary criticism of this property.

Does NOT apply to minibar or spa products. $100 credit not auto-applied in at least two accounts — required follow-up after checkout in one case. $5 wi-fi credit per night also included. Hilton Diamond $50/day F&B credit stacks — front desk agents have combined both credits toward spa treatments. Hilton Aspire $200 resort credit stackable for resort fee and final bill.

Room Upgrade

Reported

Junior Suite upgrade to top floor reported in one account. Strip View room upgrade from City View reported in two accounts (one proactively, one after front desk checked availability). Higher floor only in two accounts including one during a peak holiday period. No upgrade at all in one late-evening arrival. Suite upgrades offered at upcharge in multiple accounts — not complimentary. Upgrade probability appears higher when contacting hotel in advance.

Booking Notes

Hilton Aspire $200 resort credit stacks against resort fee and final bill. Hilton Diamond $50/day F&B credit stacks with FHR breakfast credit — essential for making breakfast free for two. Front desk agents can combine Diamond + FHR credits toward spa treatments. Credits not always auto-applied — call after checkout if any are missing. $45/night valet only — no self-parking. $5 wi-fi credit per night. Tips not covered.

Advisor Notes

Service consistently praised across all accounts — valets remembered guest names, staff gracious throughout. Beds described as too soft in one account — flag for preference-sensitive clients. Main weakness is F&B credit flexibility — Zen Kitchen is essentially the only option, a real limitation vs Palazzo or Fontainebleau. Upgrade inconsistent: Junior Suite to top floor in one account, higher floor only in others especially during peak periods. Credit not auto-applied in multiple accounts — brief clients to verify folio at checkout and call if needed. Quiet, non-casino oasis positioning is its core strength.
